Do all plans include AI features?
Yes. Every plan includes AI-powered PII detection and redaction for PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email (EML/MSG), images, CSV, HTML and plain text files. Higher plans include more scanned pages and text file processing capacity.
How is AI usage measured?
AI usage is tracked separately for two types of files. Scanned pages (PDFs and images) require OCR and are measured per page — a 10-page PDF uses 10 pages from your allowance. Text files (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, CSV, HTML) are processed using AI-powered PII detection. Your plan includes capacity for typical DSAR workloads — for example, the Pro plan typically handles ~5,000–15,000 emails or ~1,000–3,500 documents per month. You can track usage in real-time from your dashboard.
What happens when I hit my limit?
You can upgrade your plan anytime or continue next billing cycle when limits reset. Documents can still be uploaded and you can use manual redaction tools (draw boxes, search text) which are always available regardless of AI limits. If your datasets regularly exceed typical ranges, our Enterprise plan provides tailored capacity for your organisation.
What is the Enterprise fair usage policy?
Enterprise plans include unlimited AI processing under a fair usage policy. Your annual agreement includes a pooled allowance of 60,000 scanned pages and text-based file processing per year (emails, Office documents, and data files), giving you flexibility to use more in busy months and less in quiet ones. If your organisation needs additional capacity, we will work with you to agree a custom volume plan. This ensures all Enterprise customers receive fast, reliable AI processing. Contact your account manager for details or to discuss higher-volume requirements.
How much storage do I get?
Basic: 2GB, Starter: 10GB, Pro: 50GB, Enterprise: unlimited. Document storage is for uploaded files, redacted outputs, and exports — this is separate from AI processing capacity. All data is encrypted and stored in the EU.
Is my data stored in the EU?
Yes. All data is stored securely in Microsoft Azure with EU data residency.
